Hi everyone,
I paid my utility bill through paypal to Eversource in CT however the money was never posted to my utility account. Paypal states it usually takes 2-3 biz days to see this payment posted. Customer service in Eversource is not seeing anything regarding the payment and it's been over 5 business days. Paypal service called me and insisted the payment was completed, it's not the issue on them. My credit card got charged but Idk where my money went. Does anyone have the same experience? I will never pay bills through paypal going forward.
