Never received my refund

Hello. I purchased from Mango using Pay in 3 on 27th of June. On 23rd of July I made a return. PayPal shows in my activity seller refund in amount of £116.36 but I've never received the money. It's not in my PayPal balance or my bank account. I checked my bank statement thinking maybe I didn't notice when money came in but it never did.
Has it happened to anyone else?
Who should I contact about this? It's been a month already and I still haven't received my refund.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Hi, I'm having this same issue right now with about 9 transactions that got partially refunded, and I paid with pay in 3, have you got this sorted out? I contacted PayPal, but they're just a pain to talk to.

The original poster stated they hadn't received a refund and 30 days have past, is that the same with you?
If not then..........
If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

No, still haven't got my money back. I know for sure I'm never ever ordering anything using Pay in 3.
