I'm having the worst issue right now, PayPal are holding my refunds somewhere for now 1–2 weeks for 9 transactions that had got partially refunded due to the items not being available. I used pay in 3 for these transactions. I don't know what PayPal have done with the money and why it's not in my bank OR my PayPal balance, it doesn't take this long for me usually to be refunded. Furthermore, I contacted support, they're just a pain to talk with, and it's hard for me to even explain and show every transaction that's been refunded, but not yet received. To mention, I had made a payment with pay in 3 on the 12th of August, the transaction got partially refunded, and this went to my bank completely fine. So, why am I having issues and not getting any of my refunds with these 9 transactions, which were paid the exact same way, also two being refunded on the 12th too, but not receiving the refund for them. Has anyone had this issue, and if so, how was yours resolved? I'm worried that I won't get my money back, and seeing how bad PayPal is as a company only makes it worse.
