My money not reflected on my bank

I transferred money from Paypal to my bank account. It says completed just today but it is still not reflected on my bank. Can anyone help? It sure is a big money for me, I really needed that. I did not encounter this on my first transfer.

If you didn't put a second post on your query it would probably have been answered more quickly, by putting a second post it looks on the list as if you had had an answer and were replying or saying thanks to it. So someone would move on to a thread where there was no answer and showed as 0.
