Money on hold

Hello, I received money from my cousin, but they are now on hold. What can I do ?

Sounds as if your cousin sent the funds using the goods/services option instead of friends/family and so paypal saw you as a seller, charged a fee and applied the new seller hold as per links?

If that is not the reason and you mean its 'pending' and not 'on hold' then post back.

I told him to check and that's exactly what's happened. Is there anything we can do to unhold the money, or I must wait 21 days and I can use them after that ?
