23 days ago on December 11th then I sent $20 USD which transferred into $26.05 CAD since they are in Canada. When I sent this money then they said it was pending and we gave it some time. After a while nothing happened and so we googled it and say that it can take a while. I'm pretty sure we saw it was a 21 day wait or something like that but we have not seen the money accessible yet. From what they have said is that it has straight up disappeared and is no longer on hold or in their account. The payment has came out through my end on the day of the transfer. Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.
