I used AppFlame and linked it with PayPal, but I never revived the payment

I downloaded AppFlame and linked this with PayPal. In AppFlame I chose for the PayPal option the recieve money. I cannot for the life of me find out where that money went. AppFlame says I should have received it, but maybe PayPal is withholding the payment, and maybe I need to accept the payment manually. Where or how do I do this?
