I received money but can’t transfer to my bank

Recently my friend sent me some money and I want to transfer it to my bank account , but PayPal shows me an error page shows: Right now, we're not able to complete this transaction. Anyone who knows how to resolve it? I verified my bank account.

Are the funds in the correct currency?

Does the name on your bank account match your paypal account name?
