I live in Sweden and the accont is created on USA.

The problem is that I did not know where i get the money, the amount of 0.01 $ or a little more and I can not get it out because I do not live in the USA and I do not have a valid bank. I want to close my account because it's on business email. Any thoughts I can do to shut him down? All the money comes in that one and every time it has to refund them.

Click on the cog icon next to log out and the close account option is on the left side of that page.

If you can't close it then..........

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
