I have sent 3 gifts and got charged a fee for 2 of them?

I wonder if anyone can help please?  I sent 3 gifts today and 2 got charged a fee even though I used friends and family.

does anyone know if things have changed, as I haven’t sent any for a while.

Friends/family payments are free as long as you fund them via your bank account or funds in your balance.

If you fund it via a card OR its an international payment then fees are involved.

Thank you for that.  It was via bank account? So I don’t understand that. Regards Pam
