I wrote to support in twiiter and he answer me with this text:

This doesn't necessarily mean you're doing anything wrong, only that account conditions vary from the normal. In this case, please allow our systems some time or try using a different payment method. Meanwhile, please avoid making any changes to your account or attempts to withdraw for a couple of days. Doing so, can create our security system blocking your payments. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
