I can't withdraw my money

why I can't withdraw my paypal to my bank account? it said "There's a problem right now we're not able to complete this transaction" This has happened 3 days since I last withdraw, can anyone help me please I really need my money right now, paypal please do something

There are several reasons as to why a hold gets put on funds, something may have been spotted out of the ordinary, you are new to PayPal, the amount is less than USD $10.  Please refer to this link for help:

If that does not solve your issue, you could try going to PayPal.com click the "help", scroll down and clickt he "Contact us" and submit your question there\. They would be able to give you the exact reason there.

the same is happening to me as well, just as we speak.
there were no issues a few days ago when I last withdraw money, but now I can't

I asked people they said they had to wait about a week to be able to withdraw 😞

Idk bro, Paypal doesn't tell what happened, but I ask people who have experienced it said it happened because we received paypal balance from scamming or it happened because we've refunded people's money before

That's bs. I haven't done any of that.
Anyway, I contacted paypal on facebook as the other guy suggested and this was their respons:

"Thank you for completing the verification. I reviewed your account and see that the transaction is being stopped by your card provider. Please get in touch with them to see what the issue is. For now, you can try withdrawing the finds to a different bank or card."

Which is also bs, because I just linked a completely different bank and the withdrawal still failed.

So, I've been sending messages to them, back and forth, been talking to different indian guys, and they seem to be just lying. First they told that my bank blocked the withdrawal. 
Ok, I went to the bank. My bank never even saw the attempt of course.
Came home. Contacted them again and now they say, that paypals' automatic security system flagged it as risky. And I should wait another 72 hours, other I might get blocked from good.
WTF????? 
I just want my money!
I've been paying them handsomely for more than a decade, and now this is what I get?

Nah, not solution.
I found a loophole however.
I've sent the sum to one of friends paypal, who was able to withdraw it to his bank account and after that wired it to me, via normal bank transfer.

So, if you have someone whom you trust, you could try that.
