I can't transfer money to my card anymore or confirm my bank account

I can't transfer money to my card anymore although it worked in April. I tried to add my bank account but it's been a week since I have been waiting for a small deposit to confirm my account. How long should it take? It doesn't seem like I can get my money out of PayPal.

Do you have any limitations on the account?

As for your bank account, 'if' you can withdraw to it in your country then check the link.

I didn't change anything in my account. So I have no idea about the limitations. I know that I could transfer money in April to my credit card. Since then I haven't been changing anything. 

I know how to add a bank account. I just haven't received any deposit for a week. So I can't confirm it by entering 2 deposits.
