I can't cancel the auto payment

I paid as a non-member without logging in to PayPal. However, both payment cards are the same.
I received an email that an automatic payment was made, but the transaction details are not being updated in my PayPal account. So I am unable to cancel this automatic payment, and I do not know what to do.

As these payments were made through the guest checkout process, you will be unable to cancel the automatic payments on your side. I would suggest contacting us via Facebook - https://www facebook.com/PayPal/, Twitter - @AskPayPal., chat or phone and we would be happy to advise. Please also ensure you cancel the subscription agreements with the merchant directly.
