Hii,
I canceled a payment, because there was a mistake, and my paypal says it's refunded, but 2 days later it was still subtracted from my linked bank account. It's also not on my paypal balance right now and I know that if I refund it through my bank account, it will give me a negative balance. Because now my money seemed to float around somewhere, and it wasn't a small amount either. I just really want to get it back.
What should i do?

When you cancel a payment those funds can't do a u-turn > they have to process through to paypal who will as the transaction was cancelled return them to your funding source (if you paid from your bank account or with a card), or credit your paypal balance (if it was funded from that balance), but that takes a few days and sometimes up to a week.
