How to get a refund when the seller doesn't have a product age or refund or cancellation ploicy?

I recently bought something via  Facebook page - the seller responded to my post searching for a pony rug. I paid via Paypal using Goods and Services. The seller has suffered a very close bereavement and now isn't in a position to bother with posting the rug to me so I need to request a refund. I started the online process but have stalled at the boxes where I have to give a link to the product page and the seller's refund or cancellation policy. Obviously as a private seller she didn't have these. How do I get the refund?
