How do I stop automated payments to Google?

I am trying to stop automated payments to Google and PayPal does not have a link for this as it does for the others. How can I stop automated Google payments?

Hi…Google does not give you the same options as the others did when I stopped automatic payments. I also went to cancel my PayPal account because of this and am having trouble doing that as well.
