How can i automatically accept all payments I receive?

For some reason I'm having to manually accept some payments i receive.

I've previously had no problem automatically accepting payments received from these companies but as of May 2023 this changed. I can find no settings within my PayPal account to make all payments automatically accepted and don't want to spend time sifting through my account history to do it manually.

Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

I have randomly just a payment to me sent back because I didn't 'accept' the payment and apparently I need to set it to automatic, but how?!
