How can I get refund if 60 days passed already and I am Russia

Hello I am from Russia, on 07.02.2022, I payed for online doctor’s appointment through PayPal. I made the payment using my local(Russian) debit card and the clinic is located in UK. Appointment couldn’t be arranged due to my other health issues, so I finally decided to refund my money to which the clinic kindly agreed. They are unable to make automatic refund because it is beyond time limit, so they offered me to send money to my PayPal account. Is it something possible for them to do considering I don’t have any banks or card added to my account ? If this option is available, how do I find my PayPal account ID? (I can’t seem to find it in my profile). And if it’s not possible , how can it be done?? Thanks Zarema

Paypal have stopped all options in using a Russian Paypal account due to your countries horrific war on the Ukraine.

You won't be able to use it to receive your refund. Maybe tell them to donate the funds to a Ukrainian charity?
