Optus payment

Hi.

I made a payment to Optus which has been deducted from my account however Optus say they have not received payment.

Has anyone had the same experience with Optus?

I understand that you're worried about your recent payment wasn't received by the recipient. If the status of the payment shows as completed, it means that the money is already in recipient's account. You can find some definitions to help you understand the status of a payment you send here. I suggest you to contact the Optus support team to get this checked further.
