Hello, hope a real customer support agent able to help because I tried every means possible and couldn't get passed 'AI bots' with useless support articles; My issue is that I transferred money to my bank card on January 29th and never showed up on my bank account.. than later I discovered that my bank card somehow was unverified, so I tried to verify it two times and each time PayPal takes verification money out without sanding any card verification code; So now can't even Link a new bank *Can't verify my bank card *Can't get my money back And can't even get to a real support agent to find out what's going on with my account? Please, this is the worst financial service I have ever dealt with or experienced, so if anyone able to help with this issue is highly appreciated. Thanks

If the transfer failed then the funds should have bounced back to your paypal account balance.

I'm in Colombia and I had the same issue. I made a money transfer from my paypal account to my savings account and after three weeks the money has not showed up, although the transfer was effective. I've asked customer support for a transfer trace and both times I've got no answer. I'm thinking of scalating this request through the "complaints" option but ronically there's none. What can I do to get the trace or how much do I have to wait to get the money in Colombia?
