How can I transfer a small amount of one PP account to my other PP account. I don't need two accounts I want 1 account that holds all my money. I've tried everything!. Thanks
Do you have the friends/family option in your country? If yes then just send the balance to the email address of your other account, make sure the currency is correct for the recipient account. If you can't send it f/f then use goods/services but you will be charged a fee on your recipient account.
