When setting up the automatic payments via paypal, I used the system without creating a paypal account, only subscribed to this automatic payment with my email and received the email confirming it. So i used some guest-type of subscription.
I later signed up to paypal with the same address, trying to cancel this subscription, but am unable to do it as the subscription does not appear under my active ones. I tried to contact the provider of this service and their support email chat is unresponsive. There is no possibility to cancel the subscription myself, on their FAQ section it is stated to contact Paypal, While paypal is advising me to contact them. I feel like I am being scammed as I have lost the past 3 hours solving this issue. I do not wish to subscribe to the services of USIP SOLUTIONS LTD. and am unable to cancel automatic payments via paypal nor via the website of the USIP solutions. Please cancel automatic payments to USIP SOLUTIONS LTD, the USIP SOLUTIONS LTD. provider is not allowing their users to freely unsubscribe from their services if they signed up via guest username on paypal.

Hi! I went through the same thing. I also sent an email to their support address and they cancelled my subscription on the same day. I received an email informing me that the automatic payment to USIP SOLUTIONS LTD. had been cancelled. They did not charge me for creating an account with them through PayPal. Now let's see if after the 3-day trial they will try to extract money. How about you? Was the subscription really cancelled?

Had the same problem, PayPal is giving 3rd party platforms to manage subscription even with guest check out for users, thus users must find the unsubscribe/cancel subscription on the 3rd party platform that no one checks. I was scammed the same way, a site with robots showed information and hides it by asking for 1 euro for 7 days, In order to get this information I could buy this only if I put an email to that site, after that the site redirected me to a 3rd party payment gateway site that created the link for payment on PayPal, and after payment successful the site redirected me with access for 7 days. In 7 days the site charged me 39 euro/week. I only received the first email for 1 euro, and second email for 39 euro only by PayPal. 3rd party payment gateway and the robots site that sold me for 1 euro did not send anything at all. I found out later that on the robots site I could recover a password if I inputed my email, very sophisticated scheme by those sites. On the robots site I recovered my non-existent password and got access to a bad ui/ux profile where the PayPal button was literally hidden well on the end with a small text, that link sent me to the 3rd party site and there I say finally found the button to cancel the subscription. PayPal is allowing those schemes and should take measures immediately to protect the customers. Imagine if I put my email wrong I would never find the cancel button. This was created by rentola.it and subsocket.io that declares on twitter a successful glorious 75k subs, probably victims of this scheme. Meanwhile all parties declare they are not at fault because I accepted terms of service. PayPal has written the 1 euro receipt with the 39 euro subscription happening next but is very small text on the end of the email without any cancel button, and all this to a guest user/non-registered user. I even registered account with same CC and email but did not find the activity, so basically the APIs of PayPal allow a 3rd party payment gateway to create guest users and manage their subscription on their behalf, but at what standards?
So the next thing anyone should consider next time you pay something, do not use PayPal without checking hidden informations on the PayPal site.
Here are screenshots of the sites:

After hours and hours of searching here… [Removed] Email them and tell them to cancel your reoccurring payment asap. Include as much account detail as you can and send. This will auto create a support ticket. I went to bed and next morning I had an email from PayPal and them advising they can cancelled my reoccurring payment.
