Pardon my french but can someone tell me what in the actual **bleep** is going on here? Paypal is stealing peoples money and you have these people on here saying "its normal." "Its the merchants fault". "Your account is limited". Paypal is currently holding my 60 dollars hostage after trying to purchase a game from gamestop.com. That may not seem like alot of money to you people but it is for me. We are on the verge of an economic collapse, inflation at a 50 year high and you have companies like Paypal literally stealing peoples money under the guise of "Its up to the merchant to process the sale". Im done asking other customers for help because Paypal customer service speak English the way I do math. I the physical address of PayPal's HQ stat please.
When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.
