Fiverr withdrawal problem

I work as a freelancer on Fiverr, recently I made some money and I want to withdraw it to my PayPal account but the issue is I couldn't. I don't know where is the problem here, btw I have contacted fiverr costumer support and they said it's from Paypal not from them.
