Firstly, I am sorry for my bad english. As I describe in title, my transaction got the fault: instrument declined by processor, or bank.... I thought this because my bank declined, but when I tried again, check out to my friend 's paypal account, my credit card worked, it passed check out gate.
So where is the problem with this fault. Not the bank for sure. What is difference between 2 paypal accounts ?
