Help I received a payment on Sept 17 2024 It is now 0024 on Sept 23 2024 It said it’s an echeck It has already left the account of person who sent it to me When will it be there on my account Why is it taking so long Who can I talk to to speed up process Where is the issue resolved What can I do How is it that the customer service told me it’ll be here the 23 but it’s not here!!!!

I do understand that you want to know about the echeck and the timeframe to receive echeck. An echeck usually takes 4-7 business days to clear. Sometimes it may take longer because of non-working days (Saturday, Sunday and holiday). Kindly refer the help centre article Why is my incoming eCheck pending? for more detailed information.
