I’m in europe and have two questions:
and since I’ve moved countries, I had to open a new PayPal account again, which makes everything really complicated and terrifying.
i have now two accounts in Europe , Both have USD and EUROS,
Question 1:
I want to transfer my USD from one account to the other but it’s charging fees!
how’s that even possible, it’s both my own accounts!
question 2:
if I want a Mastercard, do I need a business account or not, what is the difference?
