I have a recent payment that did'n't complete on the uk tv licensing website(I browsed away and had to log in again)that if made by any credit/debit card would have shown as pending for 2-3 days then dropped off the account,unfortunately I made the payment by Paypal through Curve and this was pending but completed and left my account this morning.Paypal have declined my refund request and Curve support are swearing blind that the payment has gone through to tv licensing and I must contact them(which I have and they have no knowledge of the payment).Meanwhile,I'm 44 quid out oof pocket.Anyone?
