Recently I sent a payment to India for a guided tour through Paypal. I sent the transaction in USD$ rather than AUD$ as the vendor requested. However, when the payment was recieved by the vendor it was much less than what I sent, even though the Paypal transaction window ststed the vendor would recieve a different, far higher amount. Where has approximately 2.5% of the transaction amount gone and why can't we see this? If Paypal are saying 'Vendor gets this amount' but actualy recieves a lesser amount where does it go and why isn't this transparent. Your starting to [Removed] me off PayPal!!!
