Can’t transfer money from bank to PayPal

Try to transfer money from bank to PayPal when I do so a message appears oops ther a problem but does not tell me what the problem is

Are you transferring from a linked bank account (not debit card)?

Is the direct debit mandate set up between your bank and paypal is your online banking?

Have you confirmed your bank account with the 4 digit code?

Does the name on your bank account exactly match the name on your paypal account?
