Can't receive payment from Spain to Latvia

Hello! I can't receive payment from Freepik Company (Spain) to my account (Latvia). They tried twice and the payment was declined, there was no such a problem before and I can receive other payments. My account is verified and have no limitations. What could be the problem/ solution? Thanks!

What currency are they sending and have you added that currency as a receiving currency on your paypal account?

They transfer in euro currency and in the settings I currently checked option "Accept all payments and do not convert the currency to add payments to the existing balance or create a currency position in the account if necessary."
