Can't Transfer funds to bank card

Hi, I tried to transfer funds to my card and PayPal says they can't. I tried with another bank card and it was successful. Why does this happen?

I comprehend that you are referring to the withdrawal issues.

 
I would like to inform you that not all credit cards are qualified for instant transfers, nor are they all compatible with them. I'd suggest confirming this with the card issuer. This problem could be caused by a variety of factors. It can be a bad bank on occasion.

Hi, I have been using the same card for months and suddenly gave me the information that they cannot transfer to my bank card
