It was late las night when I read your message. I’ve just read it again and you do state clearly “individual sellers”. Therefore the answer to My question is, yes, individual sellers can also agree to sell in 4 instalments through PayPal. Thanks so much

Hahaha, I know right?! It took me about 3 days to build up the courage to ask this guy on marketplace, I’m in Aus, and I don’t think is thing here, not yet at least. I never heard back from him though haha. No even a “mmm not thank you” or “alright but only on 3…” so maybe he got spooked, thought I’m trying to scam him… Hopefully it will get recognised as a legit pathway soon. Thanks again
Just FYI, although not pay in 4, I have used the no interest if paid in 6 months option for paying a random person for an item without asking them to do anything.
