We are 30 year old active and respected 501(c)3 charity. Fully wetted by paypal itself!
here is what we get trying to access paypal giving fund dashboard or any other section... Calling support we get - We do not see any issue but CAN NOT provide support for PayPal Giving Fund!!!! Sending email to PayPal - results in NOTHING!
Aw, nuts. You're not eligible to enroll.
It looks like your charity is a supporting organization or a private non-operating foundation. Per our User Agreement, these charity types aren't eligible to enroll.
If you feel our information is wrong, contact us and we'll be happy to look into it.

UNFORTUNATELY I have to restart this topic. After several phone calls in response to the original topic from PayPal's Office of Global Customer Complaints and Advocacy the issue was fixed and our Charity was reinstated in. PayPal Giving Fund.... last fall....
well... now I am learninf from Facebook that ist is not the case... I am logging in to my paypal giving funnd admin and it works, but our public profile returns an empty page!
However there is a big problem - our profile page is NOT available!!! https://paypal.com/us/fundraiser/charity/2309263
And sure enough! As before - THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH SUPPORT!!!
Please advise! iLia Anossov
