Just yesterday, I withdrew money from PayPal to my bank account, and everything went smoothly. Today, however, I no longer see my bank account in my PayPal settings, so I can't make a withdrawal. I'm also unable to add any bank account, even from another bank, which means I can't transfer funds. Please help, as it seems PayPal might be experiencing some technical issue.

I do understand that you have an issue with the withdrawal and adding financials to your PayPal account. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking on the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your concern. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.

Welcome to PayPal! Hello, my name is *****. I appreciate your patience while waiting for my response. Don't worry, I'll do my best to assist you with your concern about adding your bank.
I've taken the time to review your account. Nothing to worry, this issue has been reported. In fact, we've been receiving reports today regarding this matter. It has been escalated to the right team and we're working to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Once this has been resolved, we'll send you a notification through email.
For now, I recommend processing the payment outside of PayPal if you're trying to make a transaction using your bank for the meantime.
I apologize for this inconvenience this may be causing you now.
I hope that I have answered your question directly. If you have another concern in the future, feel free to open a new conversation at any time.

Same issue, I have also tried to add the bank account again, but it says that it's already linked and when I try to withdraw the funds there are no banks to choose from. At least I see now that it's not only me having this issue right now.

I have a slightly different issue: I can see my bank accounts but when I try to transfer money to paypal savings it says "your transfer didn't go through." I have deleted and re-added the accounts, tried different accounts, tried different amounts, and always get the same error.
