Hello, I sent money from my bank account to Paypal using the real-time transfer with the intention of topping up my Paypal balance. Despite the real-time transfer (where the money should actually arrive within seconds), my balance was not topped up, even tho the money was deducted from my bank account, and I also did not receive a confirmation email neither does it say on PayPal that I did a transaction. Will I still get my money? Will my balance still be topped up? If so, when?
