An account pending payment says in PayPal account invalid name what am I doing wrong

I'm waiting for a payment but when giving my info to the payer it says my username is invalid what am I doing wrong

Have you given them your Paypal email address to pay OR your mobile number if using the app?

Have you confirmed the email address?
