Activate Receiving Funds

Hi, As per checked, i cant receive funds to this account before i ask the customer service to activate the receiving funds option. Seems weird that i have to ask for this while it should be automatically activated. The thing is i sent to them already 2 days ago but still no response from their side ?! Don’t know what else should i do, and I really need to start receiving funds. Any ideas?
