the payment is not goods and service and in past years if I had received more than 20k I would not be required by paypal to provide my tax id for a 1099k. I call paypal and I get a different answer every time. I have been told all payment in to the account are subject to a 1099k. or we need your tax id and then you are your cpa can fix it later. also that it is goods and service without and explanation to what changed it from not being for 10 years to now being goods and service. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
