I have my PayPal account linked to a Jotform to authorize a security deposit hold for a vacation rental property. The guest completed the form and she says she authorized the hold. She says it shows: (.pending.payment) on her end but I don't see anything on my end in "Transactions".
This is my first guest using this feature, so any help is appreciated. I'm learning as I go!
