when will the money I got sent (for a product being sent) go into my bank.

so i got money sent to me that's pending because I have to supposedly send PayPal confirmation (tracking number)of me shipping out the item then my money will go to my bank. I have the tracking number just havent shipped it out yet but I sent the tracking number to PayPal and the payment still says pending. do I have to completely ship out the product first then get paid? sketch

Are the funds and transaction SHOWING in your paypal balance and pending OR are you relying on a paypal email that may be fake???
