hi, i received money my friend, it still in my account, when i accept this payment, it will not neither transfer in paypall wallet and bank account, actually i have uae bank account, but my mistake i select country usa when making account...pls advice how to slove this issue..
You won't be able to withdraw funds from a U.S paypal account if you are not in the U.S.
If your friend sent the funds using goods/services then tell them to open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item to get their money back and then pay again to your correct account opened in the UAE.
