I have a balance in a Paypal account, and I have been trying to withdraw money for a week, but I always get this error (things don't appear to be working right now ).. I spoke with the support more than once, and he told me that the problem is with my visa, I added a new one today, confirmed it, and tried to withdraw, I get the same problem, and I need my money badly, what do I do now?
