refund from company

I was waiting 2 different refunds from a company. At the app both said it was ok but the first one (chronologically) has one more message that says the transfer to my bank account is in progress But I have already received the second one.

Thank you for your post in the PayPal Community Forum! 

I understand you would like some help with a refund. When a transaction/payment has been refunded, the money will be credited back to the same funding source that was used to pay originally. You mentioned one of the refunds is being credited to your bank account.  A refund to a bank account can take 5-7 business days to complete.
