recurring payment not made

I have a recurring payment for the 19th every month. March 19th was complete. It says April 19th is next payment, but there has been no payment for April 19th ... what should I do ?

Thank you for the post. I understand you are concerned about recurring payment that was not processed for the current month. There can be few possible reasons. Firstly, agreement with the merchant may needs to be renewed for the service, please do contact merchant and check the same. Secondly, please check if there is an communication from PayPal stating about the account or payment not being processed. 

I also suggest to contact the merchant with whom this agreement is, to check if they have any ongoing issue at the moment. For more help, please contact PayPal support.
