I'm trying to support (in a small way) a knitting pattern designer from Ukraine, by buying her patterns on Ravelry.com.  I can't get paypal to process the transaction.  Any suggestions?

Folks in the Ukraine still can't accept goods/services payments, they can only accept funds sent using the friends/family option.
