why is my payment on hold or pending

Hi gud noon. I just want to ask if how can i get the money on hold on my paypal account. The was sent to me. Last april 28, 2021 by my cousin. And suddenly it was in on hold status. I perform an activity so that it can be 7 days on hold but till now still on hold. Hope that anyone here can help me on this coz i really need the money

Hi!

I have a same issue. PayPpal book-debited my account and send me back my transaction is OK.

I was waiting a week and ask the seller about the packet. They says deleted the order because they got nothing.

I checked PayPal, and the transaction is pending but I cant able to cancel.

I asked PayPal custom care and they send back something stupid machine letter, so I sent my complaint again back them.

what a hell they are doing... ??
