Hi,
I need to pay someone 500 euros. This is the net amount the other person needs to receive. What are the fees the the receiver needs to pay (he told me 13% for paypal and bank fees). we are both in EU.
Thank you

Fees are in the paypal user agreement for each individual country.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thank you for the prompt reply.
So the 13% extra could be normal? I am in Cyprus and the money will be send to Italy. Both are EU Countries (region 1).
Regards,
Panicos
