how do i cancel a pending payment?

i tried to buy Disney plus subscription and i got charged the annual instead of the monthly and they sead because the payment is pending they cant help me how do i cancel a pending payment?

Only the merchant (Disney or third party provider) can cancel the pending order/payment/authorization within 30 days from date of payment so contact them. Beyond that, your bank/card or PayPal can cancel it for you if the pending order/payment/authorization doesn't expire on it's own after 30 days.
